What makes you different?
I’m from and live in Louisiana, worked offshore, and as Director of Management Systems for major service companies. I understand that Management Systems have to be practical and fit the business in order for a company to sustain the system. I have applied that context with my clients since 2016; building sustainable certified and compliant systems that work for those companies – instead of the other way around.
Am I stuck with you for every change or revision needed?
No, your company owns the system. At the implementation of the system, all final and developmental files are provided to your company. You can make all future changes on your own, or seek my help when needed.
Can you help us implement the developed system?
I typically do at the clients request; more often than not. I can also function as your outsourced Quality Assurance person to ensure that your management systems are maintained and support you through customer and certification audits. This also applies to existing Management Systems that I did not develop. Lean companies do not need to hire additional personnel.
How long is your Internal Lead Auditor Course?
It is a 16-hour course that is KPI driven to teach actual auditing skills – not just the contents of the Standard.
