Charles (owner of J & L) reached out after a mutual acquaintance shared my contact information. His sales team was unable to leave a business card with prospective clients unless the company became ISO certified. Although he first hoped to complete certification within a month, we agreed on a three-month plan to build a system that genuinely supported his business.
